CL-100 Wood Infestation Report

A Wood Infestation Report (WIR) is a report that details the findings of an inspection on a home, business, or structure. The WIR lists any visible damage from termites, beetles, wood bores, carpenter ants, any other wood destroying insects, and fungi. It also addresses any moisture and other conducive conditions to insects found during the inspection.

Mortgage lenders & buyers require this for a real estate transaction. The moisture level must be below 20% wood moisture content - at 20%+ Surface Fungi Grows, at 28%+ Fungi (wood rot) grows.
